At PureBathroom, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used bathroom cleaning products
  • Opened cleaning solutions or sprays
  • Personal hygiene items that have been used
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrived damaged
  • We shipped the wrong item

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
